Our Story
FirstReply is built by the team behind timesheet.io, a time tracking platform used by freelancers and teams around the world since 2013. Running our own product meant answering thousands of customer emails ourselves: in different languages, across different channels, often about the same questions.
We built FirstReply to solve our own problem: an AI assistant that knows your business, drafts accurate replies instantly, and keeps humans in control of the conversations that matter. Today FirstReply helps businesses deliver first replies they can be proud of.
