Sub-Processors
1. Overview
This page lists all sub-processors engaged by Timesheet - Mobile Time Tracking OG (operating the FirstReply service) in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). These service providers process personal data on our behalf and according to our instructions.
All listed sub-processors have been carefully selected and are committed to complying with applicable data protection regulations. Appropriate data processing agreements have been concluded with all sub-processors in accordance with Article 28 GDPR.

Content of support conversations is transmitted to OpenAI and DeepL solely to provide classification, reply drafting, assistant and translation features. Content submitted via OpenAI's API is not used to train OpenAI's models. Where any sub-processor processes data outside the EEA, such transfers are safeguarded by EU standard contractual clauses.
3. Connected Channels
Where you connect messaging or review channels to FirstReply (such as WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, LinkedIn or Google Play), the operators of those platforms process data under your own account with them and under your terms with those platforms. They act as your own service providers, not as sub-processors of FirstReply.
